Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the registered user (the "Player" or "User"), and jeezbaz (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the jeezbaz website or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all amendments and additions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jeezbaz Platform. Continued use of the site following the publication of any revised Terms will be deemed acceptance of those revised Terms.

jeezbaz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-site notification. It remains the responsibility of the Player to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming as recognised internationally in the online gaming industry. jeezbaz targets the Bangladesh market and all monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jeezbaz is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are 18 years of age or older. jeezbaz is an 18+ only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You do not hold any current self-exclusion or voluntary ban from any online gaming platform, including any self-exclusion you may have registered on jeezbaz itself.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity that would give rise to a conflict of interest with the Platform, including but not limited to employment by a competing gaming operator or a game software provider.

By registering an account on jeezbaz, you warrant and represent that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If at any time you no longer meet these requirements, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify our support team at support@jeezbaz.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on jeezbaz — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a Player account. The following conditions govern the registration and ongoing management of your account:

One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one account on jeezbaz. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If the Platform identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or household — all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jeezbaz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

KYC Verification Timeline. The Platform may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withholding of funds pending verification.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jeezbaz supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform does not charge currency conversion fees, and no hidden transaction charges are applied by jeezbaz on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jeezbaz is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment source.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeezbaz account balance instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be reflected in your account balance. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes once approved. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed KYC verification.

Prohibited Financial Activity. The Platform has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, and the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended, all funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeezbaz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by jeezbaz are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a bonus carrying a 25x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 25 times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Eligible Games. Not all games on jeezbaz contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while certain table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific game contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be listed in the promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 calendar days after being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. jeezbaz will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse. jeezbaz actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets designed solely to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or using automated tools to play through bonus funds. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus funds and associated winnings voided without prior notice.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on jeezbaz, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Attempting to access the Platform using another person's account credentials, with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Using any form of software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or harvest data.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including in live poker or sports betting.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or technical glitches to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any conduct that could reasonably be construed as money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the jeezbaz Platform, its source code, game assets, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, support agents, or other registered Players through any communication channel offered by the Platform.
• Creating or using a Player account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on jeezbaz or any other gaming platform.

jeezbaz reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to a breach of these obligations, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral of information to relevant authorities.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the jeezbaz Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of jeezbaz or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jeezbaz.

The jeezbaz brand name, logo, and associated trade dress are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising materials, or affiliate content — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure. You have the right to close your jeezbaz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, the Platform will process any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process to complete.

Platform-Initiated Suspension. jeezbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account activity that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to 12 months via account settings or by contacting our support team. During self-exclusion, the account is locked, marketing communications are suppressed, and any attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
